Managing Director
Mr. Amit Kambariya, Founder & Managing Director at Opera Energy, has been into executing Renewable Energy Projects from conception to execution for over a decade. His magnificent entrepreneurial skills, relentless determination, and a clear vision to help IPPs and C&I customers reach their sustainability goals have helped the organization ace in the field of solar and wind energy.
Under his exceptional leadership and management skills, Opera has expanded exponentially across the country. He holds Bachelor’s degree in Computers and PGDCA.
Dr. Karunamoorthy Neethimani
Advisor
Mr. Karunamoorthy has 25+ years of experience in the field of Business Development, Project Management, Strategic Business Planning, and Asset Management in the renewable energy sector. He has previously worked with organizations like Vestas India and Powerica. Holder of a Ph.D. in Wind energy from Paramount California University his experience has always forged a robust and well-diversified growth, enabling the adoption of the best technologies, at optimal cost, across different projects portfolio.
Manimaran Krishnan
Head – Business Development
Mr. Manimaran has 16+ years of experience in the field of Business Development, Energy Sales, Regulatory Affairs, Project Management, Asset Management, and coordination with C&I Top management for Business solutions.
He has previously worked with Vestas India, Mytrah Energy and Sembcorp Energy. He holds MBA in Project Management.
Jayesh Sanjava
Additional Director
Mr. Jayesh has a decade-plus of experience in the field of operations & projects in the renewable energy sector. Prior to joining Opera Energy, He was associated with Enercon India, Mytrah Energy and GE Renewable Energy.
He holds a master’s degree in Master of Law.
Dilip Vasra
Head Corporate Finance
Mr. Dilip has extensive experience in the field of risk management, setting up financial systems and controls, Merger & Acquisition, EPC contracting and Renewable Energy sectors raising Public/Private equity and large project funding in India in the Renewable Energy Sector.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce.
Raja Rajeswari
Legal Advisor
Raja Rajeswari has over 25 years of legal expertise and has been an attorney since 1997. In addition to her expertise in contract disputes and power and infrastructure regulatory compliance, she advises businesses on legal risk minimization, regulatory framework, and statutory compliance. She has extensive experience in litigation across India, including in the Supreme Court, the APTEL, the Electricity Regulatory Commission, and other high courts and power regulatory forums. She also has an experience with employment, insurance, commercial, and corporate litigation and arbitration, as well as civil and writ jurisdictions.
She has worked for several companies in the insurance industry, including National Insurance, Oriental Insurance, United Insurance, IVRCL, Axis Energy Ventures, Mytrah Energy, and Enfinity Global. She holds a master’s degree in Master of Law.
Vipul Jambucha
Head - Projects & Cranes
Has 26+ Years Experience in Mechanical Engineering and Project Management field. Had previously worked at Agrocel, Suzlon, Vestas, and EDF Renewables. Worked at India and Overseas.
Holds Project Management Professional (PMP), MBA Project and Mechanical Engineering Degree.
